Peta & Jack, these two are the most adorable couple. I met them in the summer to discuss their wedding photography, and they opted to come for an engagement shoot with me. An engagement shoot can be a daunting prospect, and I hope that anyone that has had one with me will know that it can be fun, and actually vanquish any anxiety you did have about your couple portraits.
This engagement shoot was at the fantastic Waverley Abbey. It features ruins dating back to the 1100s, the abbey is no longer intact but what remains is still so beautiful and an extraordinary place to have your engagement shoot. It creates pockets of darkness and contracting light which is perfect for my kind of photography – I like it a little bit darker.
