Kate & Gareth are one of the coolest and loveliest couples I have had the pleasure to meet! They wanted their engagement shoot at Somerset House in London. Somerset House is a fantastic place to have some intimate pictures in a busy city. It’s usually reasonably quiet as long as you go in the week and not in December when they have the ice rink!
Somerset House is a Royal House built in 1527 by Edward Seymour, Lord Protector and Duke of Somerset. It now hosts music concerts, cinema screenings, art exhibitions and much more during the year.
These two were complete naturals in from of the camera and I can’t wait to shoot their wedding at St. Bart’s Brewery in Farringdon, London. I had a great time running around the streets of London, getting to know them and learning more about what they’re about and how they fell in love.
